Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health related)
• 3+ years of managerial experience in senior living/healthcare/hospitality
• Experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline
• Sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses
• License/certification as Administrator
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per Owners/Board standards and regulations
• Model a clear, customer-focused vision rooted in a resident-centered model of care
• Build local relationships to drive business and optimize pricing for market position
• Develop external business development strategy to maximize referrals and move-ins
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident files
• Meet financial targets and manage operating budgets and NOI
• Oversee all departments to meet budgeted revenue and occupancy goals
• Review monthly financial statements and implement corrective actions
