Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for The Neighborhood at Paducah, a senior living community. This role reports to the Director of Operations and/or COO and leads day-to-day operations with accountability for the community’s financial performance, staff leadership, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to elder care or business administration.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years Senior Living with 5 years at management level.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of hands-on operations at the community level and execution of profit and loss and financial performance.
• Leadership of employees and resident/family satisfaction; compliance with Phoenix policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ownership of Sales & Marketing processes to maximize revenue and market position.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field
