Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier seeks an Executive Director to lead operations at the community level, owning P&L, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This role reports to the Director of Operations/COO and manages staff to ensure adherence to Phoenix policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include ownership of sales and marketing to maximize revenue and occupancy, while maintaining safety and compliance with OSHA and state/federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in General Manager/Administrator or 5–10 years in Senior Living/Hospitality with management experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and variances; explain results to leadership.
• Lead operations, safety, and regulatory compliance for the community.
