Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for The Phoenix at Lake Lanier to lead hands-on operations, drive revenue, and ensure resident and family satisfaction. The role reports to the Director of Operations and/or COO and requires strong financial management and leadership across departments.

The Executive Director will own the Sales & Marketing process, maintain regulatory compliance, and work with community partners to maximize occupancy while upholding Phoenix standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/gerontology or related field (per ad).
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years in Senior Living/Hospitality with 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on operations at the community level and ensure financial performance.
• Lead sales, marketing, and revenue-maximization initiatives for occupancy growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Phoenix policies.
• Manage payroll and accounts payable, monitor budgets, and review monthly financial reports.
• Represent the community in public settings and build relationships with community leaders and partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
