• Strong ability to analyze data and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on sales execution at community level and convert leads to move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and referral programs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing productivity reports.
• Maintain CRM lead tracking database and ensure data accuracy.
• Present company positively to residents, families, and the community.
