Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Community Engagement Director at The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills to drive hands-on sales execution at the community level. You will generate leads, convert them to move-ins, and build external referrals while implementing Phoenix sales systems.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing.
• Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Codes and submits community sales department invoices; manages department budget.
• Provides weekly and monthly sales/marketing productivity reports to the Executive Director/Regional team.
• Maintains CRM lead tracking; ensures leads are entered and forms available at front desk.
• Conducts bi-annual competitive market research for the regional team.
• Presents the company positively and meets monthly with the sales team to review activity and issues.
• Conduits tours with prospective residents and their families; closes new sales.
