Qualifications

• Licensed Administrator in good standing and compliant with state requirements.
• Experience leading senior living operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial performance while maintaining accountability.
• Supervise and motivate department directors, staff, and training programs.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, providers, and regulators.
• Ensure building maintenance, licenses, policies, and safety standards are kept up to date.
