Job summary

Phoenixsrliving is seeking an Executive Director to join The Pearl at Watkins Centre in Virginia. The role reports to the Director of Operations/COO and focuses on hands-on community operations, P&L ownership, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.

The Executive Director also owns the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and market position, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred.
• 2 – 5 years prior General Manager/Administrator experience preferred, or 5 – 10 years Senior Living, Hospitality, Skilled Nursing with 5 of those years at the management level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on operations execution at the community level and manage profit and loss.
• Lead financial performance, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting to meet targets.
• Drive resident and family satisfaction and ensure adherence to Phoenix policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
