Job summary

The Neighborhood at Paducah is seeking a Wellness Director (RN/LPN) to lead the health and well-being of residents within the community. This role oversees clinical programs, QA, and regulatory compliance, and participates in training and onboarding of clinical staff.

Collaboration with the Regional Director of Resident Care includes Medication Care Manager training where permitted. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of management experience with elders or disabled individuals, strong

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years department management experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
• Multi-department experience strongly recommended.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents.
• Oversee clinical programs, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and on-boarding of clinical and care coordinator team members.
• Assist and partner with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training where allowed.
