We seek a VP of Sales for Senior Living who will own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with no direct reports and a focus on closing strategic accounts.

The seat targets multi-location operators, with a $2M annual quota and leads provided for meetings. You will close complex deals across owners, operators and marketing leaders, expanding to include

Qualifications

• A record of closing multi-location accounts worth $1M+ per year.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Expand accounts to cover more locations and services after signing a group.
