Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies. As Vice President of Sales for Senior Living, you own our largest multi-location deals, guiding them from first meeting to signed contracts.

A $2M annual quota applies to a few high-impact accounts with multi-location scope. Your time is spent closing with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
