Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from initial meeting through signed contracts. This role focuses on senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, and operates without direct reports.

You will manage the full sales cycle for multi-location groups, with inbound and SDR support to book meetings. Success means expanding across locations and services within awarded groups.

Qualifications

• Proven record closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
