Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Director for senior living. You will own multi-location deals from initial meetings to signed contracts, managing large, strategic accounts across locations. A mixed inbound and SDR-assisted pipeline supports your close focus and revenue growth.

You will close high-value deals over 3 to 12 months with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table, driving expansion into additional locations and services as groups sign.

Competenze

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on multi-location deals over 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
