Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing multi-location groups where one deal opens the next.

You will manage long, consultative cycles and coordinate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders. You will own the full cycle on deals from discovery through negotiation to close, over 3 to 12

Qualifications

• Experience closing large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to drive deals from discovery to close in long, complex sales cycles.
• Track record selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Drive expansion opportunities to add locations and services after sign.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft compelling proposals for the deals that matter most.
