Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high quality food, maintain inventories, enforce safety and sanitation, and manage staff across a busy dining operation.

The role requires compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as HCSG policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver top-notch resident dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• CDM certification preferred (or as required by state/county law).
• Must obtain FPM within first 14 days of employment; FSM and LTC-FSM within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the site food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
