Job summary

The Waters of Muncie, a premier senior living community in Indiana, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our food services department. You will oversee daily operations, direct a team of cooks, servers, and dietary aides, and ensure meals meet quality, safety, and resident preferences.

In this on-site role, you will manage inventory, order supplies, develop menus for regular and special diets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dietary service in a healthcare setting.
• CDM certification is required and preferred for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals meeting dietary needs and preferences.
