• Strong leadership and communication skills with a high-touch service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Developing and managing all phases of dining operations and service.
• Ensuring an exceptional dining experience that meets nutritional and quality standards.
• Planning menus and optimizing food utilization.
• Managing ordering, inventory, and oversight of food, beverage, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Leading culinary team with training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Hosting Resident Food Council and collaborating with residents and leadership to elevate dining satisfaction.
