Job summary

The Waters of Tipton is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the food services department in our premier senior living community. You will oversee daily dietary operations, guide cooks, servers, and aides, and ensure residents receive nutritious meals with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include menu development, inventory management, compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences for our residents.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations of dietary department and lead the team of cooks, servers, and dietary aides.
• Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve delicious and nutritious meals to residents, including special diets and preferences.
• Supervise and direct a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and dietary services.
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion and holiday meals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and service to our residents.
