Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Florida Safe Staff certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Setup work stations according to established guidelines.
• Prepare all food items per standardized recipes in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Distribute prepared food to service areas with consistency in preparation and presentation.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen station following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
