Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park is seeking a full-time Cook to join our new restaurant team. You will prepare quality meals for residents, guests and staff, following standardized recipes and safety guidelines under the supervision of the on-site Chef.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3+ years culinary experience in a high-volume full-service dining environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Setup work stations according to guidelines.
• Prepare all food items per standardized recipes, sanitary and timely.
• Distribute prepared food to all service areas; restock as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety practices.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen and equipment.
