Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; follow written or oral instructions.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate office.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange property tours for walk-ins or scheduled visitors.
• Answer multi-line telephone and relay information.
• Maintain knowledge of services and programs offered at the property.
• Handle mail, stamps, copies, and basic office tasks.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail to residents.
• Keep reception area neat with current property literature on display.
• Provide clerical support to property staff as needed.
• Assist in dining room service for residents when requested.
• Support marketing efforts through positive tour interactions and calls.
• Report any observed resident changes of condition to a supervisor.
