Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, while supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions.

You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment; prior customer service experience and First Aid certification are required. This role emphasizes compassion for older adults and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks.
• Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance.
• Encourage resident participation in community activities.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.
• Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
