CIEL BOULDER LLC in Boulder, CO seeks a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, arrange property tours, and answer a multi-line phone while providing clerical support to the admin staff. This role is the first impression of the community.

You will assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests, maintain a welcoming lobby, and support marketing during property tours. Strong English and Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Follow written or oral instructions.
• Professional demeanor with residents, staff and visitors.
• Experience using keyboard/office software (Microsoft).

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate office or resident apartments.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and route messages accordingly.
• Arrange tours of the property for prospective residents.
• Provide clerical support to the administrative staff.
• Maintain a neat reception area with current literature.
• Assist in dining room during meal service as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours.
