Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrange tours of the property for visitors and appointments.
• Answer telephones, record and route messages.
• Display knowledge of services and programs for the property.
• Maintain mailroom tasks, copies, and other office operations.
• Process incoming mail and distribute to mailboxes.
• Keep reception area neat with current property literature on display.
• Ensure lobby is orderly and literature is not outdated.
• Provide clerical support to property staff as assigned.
