Responsibilities

• Greet visitors seeking information about the property and direct them to appropriate offices or residents.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for visitors.
• Answer telephones and relay information.
• Maintain reception area with current literature and refreshments.
• Perform clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
• Provide dining room assistance for resident meals when needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and calls.
• Communicate observed changes of condition to supervision.
