Job summary

Ciel Senior Living is seeking a courteous Concierge to warmly greet visitors, coordinate property tours, and support administrative staff with clerical duties. The role serves as the first impression of the community and requires strong communication and a helpful demeanor.

The Concierge will handle phone inquiries, assist residents and guests with general requests, and participate in marketing efforts during tours, while maintaining a neat reception area and a positive image for the community.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a front-desk or hospitality role.
• Ability to read/write/understand English; follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficient with standard computer software and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident.
• Arrange property tours for prospective residents and guests.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and channel information to the correct staff.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff as needed.
• Support dining room service and assist during meal times when required.
• Assist marketing efforts through friendly interaction during tours and calls.
