Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, especially in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and guests, providing exceptional service at the front desk.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests, and ensure safety protocols.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages; manage calls and messages.
• Provide clerical support to the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales/Marketing teams.
• Assist with transportation scheduling and event reservations; handle guest meal sales.
