Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a friendly Part-Time Concierge to support residents and families in Cape Coral, FL. The role centers on delivering attentive service, coordinating transportation, reservations, and daily needs within the community.

You will greet new residents, manage phone calls, and connect requests to the appropriate team while maintaining a warm, professional environment. Flexible evenings and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or experience in a customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Able to exude confidence and patience with all interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for all residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understands customer needs and provides personalized solutions.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and routes calls as appropriate.
• Coordinates services for residents and their families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, reservations).
• Welcomes new residents and provides concierge information.
• Coordinates the community's transportation schedule and confirms reservations.
• Maintains a neat reception area and logs mail and packages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
