Job summary

You will serve as a daily touchpoint for residents and families, respond to requests with empathy, and ensure a smooth, welcoming atmosphere. The role requires previous concierge or customer service experience, 1–2 years with seniors, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using a tablet, Word, email, and office

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role.
• 1–2 years of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (e.g., transportation, meals, events).
• Greet new residents and welcome families to the community.
• Manage transportation sign-ups and confirm reservations in writing.
• Maintain a safe reception area and secure sign-in/out logs.
• Respond to inquiries and route calls appropriately.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
