Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Front Desk professional to welcome residents and guests, coordinate services, and support transportation and meal reservations. The role requires serving as a primary contact, handling calls, and providing personalized, patient customer service to seniors.

The position offers a full-time schedule (7AM-3PM, Saturday through Tuesday) with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, or Receptionist preferred.
1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures.
Able to manage time efficiently and remain professional.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation).
Answers the phone within 3 rings and relays or routes calls as needed.
Provides written confirmation for reservations and transportation.
Maintains reception area, logs mail and packages, and keeps the welcome area organized.
