Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Front Desk professional to welcome residents and guests, coordinate services, and support transportation and meal reservations. The role requires serving as a primary contact, handling calls, and providing personalized, patient customer service to seniors.

The position offers a full-time schedule (7AM-3PM, Saturday through Tuesday) with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, or Receptionist preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures.
• Able to manage time efficiently and remain professional.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation).
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and relays or routes calls as needed.
• Provides written confirmation for reservations and transportation.
• Maintains reception area, logs mail and packages, and keeps the welcome area organized.
