Integrated Real Estate Group is a family-owned property developer with 20 years of expertise in senior housing and multi-family projects. We are hiring a part-time Concierge to greet residents and visitors at the front desk and support daily operations.

You will answer calls, sign in guests, keep the lobby neat, manage supplies, and assist with maintenance requests. Weekend availability and strong English communication are required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred for senior living environments.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Weekend availability required.
• High school education or equivalent is required (GED accepted).

Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone and directs calls, or takes messages.
• Ensures guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Keeps the front desk area neat and orderly.
• Maintains office supplies and orders as needed.
• Assists with resident maintenance work orders.
