Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a 2nd Shift Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests at the front desk. You will be on your feet, providing support across areas and serving as the first contact by phone and in person.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Night hours Thursday–Monday, with local service responsibilities and safety duties included.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to valet park vehicles safely and provide courteous service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Previous customer service experience and professional appearance.
• English communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Willing to assist in various areas and adapt to priorities.
• Knowledge of local community preferred; basic MS Office skills required.
• Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by valet parking residents and visitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents and visitors and answering calls.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and monitor call systems; contact authorities when needed.
• Oversee building safety systems and assist residents during emergencies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation and maintaining records.
• Support community operations with room service, dining coverage, and event setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and secure doors at designated times.
• Welcome new residents and guide them through orientation.
