Cornerstone Management is seeking a part-time Concierge for a Residential Care Senior Living Facility in Golden, CO. You will greet residents and visitors, handle phone calls, manage deliveries, and assist with daily needs while ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail, packages, deliveries and distribution.
• Provide information about community amenities and local points of interest.
• Assist with resident needs, from escorting to coordinating small requests.
• Monitor CCTV, fire panels, door alarms, and emergency call systems.
• Conduct regular patrols and investigate unusual activity.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and work orders.
• Keep lobby, reception, and common areas neat and presentable; support marketing to prospective residents.
