Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with comfort using phones, email, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties.
• Take accurate messages and relay promptly.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and provide directions.
• Collate brochures and support marketing materials.
• Maintain front desk area, including phones, rosters, and visitor logs.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments and transportation as needed.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
