The successful candidate will handle inquiries, coordinate itineraries, and assist with transportation and logistics while maintaining an organized front desk and up-to-date information on local events and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or hospitality role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse guests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information residents and families may need.
• Handle special requests and arrangements for guests, including itineraries and special occasions.
• Coordinate transportation services, assisting residents with phone calls, mail, packages.
• Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with documentation and requests from department leaders.
• Keep the concierge desk organized and updated with materials, brochures, and resources.
