MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for an on-call, PRN role at our Phoenix community. The position is non-exempt with a pay rate of $23 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail, and assisting residents and families with information while upholding resident rights and company policies. The role emphasizes a compassionate, service-oriented approach, with benefits typically extended to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front desk/reception experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typing, filing and basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and families, provide information and take messages.
• Answer the telephone with proper greetings.
• Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Escort visitors as required and maintain resident confidentiality.
