Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Billings is seeking a Concierge for a PRN on-call position at our senior living community. You will greet visitors, assist residents and families, answer phones, sort mail, and perform light administrative tasks.

This on-call role pays $18.00 per hour and offers benefits to team members scheduled for 24+ hours per week. We value empathy, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typing, filing and basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and families; provide non-confidential information.
• Answer the telephone promptly using the appropriate greeting.
• Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Adhere to and interpret resident rights and personnel policies.
• Use office equipment and assist with basic clerical tasks.
• Escort visitors to resident suites when necessary.
• Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Respect.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
