Job summary

Clearwater Mayo Blvd is a premier luxury senior living community in Phoenix, AZ and is looking for a Concierge to join the team. As the first point of contact, the Concierge greets visitors, answers the phone, relays messages, and provides the highest level of customer service while supporting multiple departments and emergencies within the community.

This role is scheduled Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a pay rate of $18.50/hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages via phone and in person with a courteous voice
• Monitor visitors and log in/out in the logbook, report suspicious activity
• Sort and distribute mail and handle resident requests
• Maintain lost and found, order supplies, and support multiple departments as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards
