Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge (PRN on-call) to deliver exceptional first impressions and service to residents, families, and guests. The role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and a friendly, service-oriented approach in a dynamic community setting.

The Concierge will greet visitors, support sales inquiries, handle calls, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete required Background clearance, health screening and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Must possess the ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, and guests.
• Must possess the ability to make sound, independent decisions when circumstances warrant, remain calm and effectively manage stressful or emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a smooth, positive experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or connecting callers with the appropriate team member.
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and their families, offering assistance or coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, events, and resident services to answer inquiries and share information proactively.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as logging messages, distributing mail and packages, and maintaining an organized reception area.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Federal, State, and local regulations and company policies.
