True Connection Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Concierge - Senior Living to serve as the community ambassador, handling reception, guest services, tours, and clerical tasks with a hospitality focus. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with a multi-line telephone system; able to answer, transfer and take messages.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive first impression to residents and visitors.
• Answer and screen calls, route messages per procedures.
• Greet visitors professionally and follow hospitality procedures.
• Manage mail, office supplies, and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain emergency contact logs and resident information at front desk.
• Assist managers with clerical duties and RSVP/schedule transportation.
