Job summary

Clearwater Living in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and deliver the highest level of customer service in a luxury senior living community.

You will support multiple departments with administrative tasks, maintain a professional appearance, and help with logs, mail, and resident requests. The role requires teamwork and compliance with community standards. Schedule Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm; Pay $18.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, relaying messages in a courteous voice.
• Maintain front entrance, lobby, and reception areas in a neat, professional state.
• Sign in/out visitors and report suspicious activity to the supervisor.
• Distribute mail and assist with resident requests as needed.
• Support Executive Director and other departments with administrative tasks.
• Maintain meal attendance tracking and ensure compliance with standards.
