Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a PRN Resident Services Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, coordinating services and transportation while maintaining a warm, welcoming reception area.

The role emphasizes personalized service, strong communication, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior concierge or senior-living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for residents, families, guests, vendors and staff.
• Provide personalized solutions by understanding needs.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and route calls appropriately.
• Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate services for residents and follow up for satisfaction.
• Greet new residents and introduce concierge services.
• Coordinate transportation and confirm reservations in writing.
• Maintain security and a clean, organized reception area.
• Receive and sort mail and packages; perform other duties as assigned.
• Adapt schedule to weekends, evenings and holidays.
