Qualifications

• Friendly and warm, with a patient approach to serving older adults.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Able to multitask and respond promptly to requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors and create a warm community atmosphere.
• Coordinate transportation, appointments, personal services, deliveries, reservations, and other requests.
• Share information about activities, amenities, and local resources; assist with tours and orientation.
• Serve as a liaison between residents and departments (maintenance, housekeeping, wellness).
• Address concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with management.
• Maintain records, answer calls, and prepare welcome materials and itineraries.
• Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and social activities.
