Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests. You will provide exceptional hospitality, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain a welcoming and safe environment.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active setting while coordinating transportation, events, and daily operations for the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication; reliable and proactive.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure.
• Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed.
• Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
