Job summary

HarborChase of Madison is seeking a community concierge to be the first contact for visitors and to support administrative tasks with professionalism and courtesy. The role requires organization, multi-tasking, and basic computer skills to create an excellent experience for residents, families, and guests.

You will answer calls, maintain logs, greet visitors, and ensure messages are relayed promptly. Familiarity with resident records and basic office software is required to support the care team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, family members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.
• Greets visitors, residents and family members in a welcoming way.
• Maintains visitor log and ensures messages are relayed promptly.
• Coordinates appointments and assists with administrative tasks for the community.
• Inputs data for resident records and work orders in designated systems.
• Keeps reception areas clean, hospitable and inviting.
• Supports the Dir. of Community Relations and/or Dir. of Sales as needed.
