Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families and visitors
• Must demonstrate hospitality and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Must have basic computer usage and data entry skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, professional manner
• Greets visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming reception area
• Maintains current visitor log and relays messages promptly
• Inputs resident information and photos into the Yardi system and updates as needed
• Coordinates with team to maintain a tidy, hospitable lobby and reception area
