Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Resident Services professional to serve as the primary contact for residents, families, and guests. You will coordinate services, manage communications, and support a warm, welcoming community environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of senior-focused customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a tidy, professional demeanor. Must be able to drive and use everyday tech tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred.
• 1–2 years of working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and via pictures when necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understands customer needs and provides personalized solutions.
• Answer phones promptly and route calls or provide information as needed.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, reservations, transportation).
• Welcome new residents and families, explain concierge services.
• Maintain reception area, manage mail and packages, and monitor security logs.
