Job summary

Discovery Management Group is seeking a friendly Concierge in Boca Raton to welcome residents, families, and guests and to support daily front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires top-notch communication, organization, and multitasking skills, plus reliable, courteous service in a fast-paced senior living environment. Part-time hours Thu and Fri 3pm-11pm; training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties in a courteous manner.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication to recipients.
• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and respond to inquiries.
• Collate brochures and support marketing materials as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain resident phone lists, rosters and guest logs.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments, transportation, and services.
• Keep front desk and entry areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Sort and distribute mail to residents and departments.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements.
