Job summary

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet residents, coordinate move-in readiness, and support families with compassionate hospitality.

The role requires at least 2 years in a nursing home or long-term care setting, strong communication skills, and a proactive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• - Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• - Prior hospitality or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with Admissions to ensure resident rooms are prepared and ready.
• - Greet and escort new residents, providing reassurance and a positive first impression.
• - Provide attentive support to families with empathy and urgency.
• - Respond to resident call bells and notify staff as needed.
• - Complete concierge follow-up forms within 48 hours of admissions and prior to discharges.
• - Submit daily progress reports to administration noting trends or concerns.
• - Organize discharge gift bags and manage supply inventory.
• - Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
