Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Concierge AL to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to foster a welcoming, safe environment that enhances residents’ quality of life.

You will handle front desk tasks, assist with transportation, coordinate with other departments, and maintain accurate logs, while upholding HIPAA standards and confidentiality in a compassionate senior-living

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, inquiries, and directing calls.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
• Assist residents with transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and dining to ensure timely service.
• Maintain logs and records (visitor sign-in, deliveries, requests).
• Support event coordination and community programming as needed.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and follow facility protocols.
• Uphold confidentiality and resident privacy at all times.
